One of my favorite design tools

I had to mention one of my favorite products for color calibration. We all know that more times than not, what you see on your monitor is not what you get when your file goes to print. That’s why designers must have proper monitor color calibration tools.

I’ve found that the huey made by Pantone works great, and doing the calibration is very easy. huey corrects the color on your monitor so photos and designs print more accurately.

The huey measurement device sits by your monitor and measures room light and adjusts the monitor as light conditions change. When it comes time to calibrate, you simply attached the huey directly to your monitor and hit calibrate... the huey does the rest.
